PMIX Refractory Pan Mixer
Pan Mixers are designed to give efficient mixing of both dry and wet materials. It has a stationary pan that is fitted on a heavy-duty structure and rotating blades that are fitted in such a way that the maximum bottom area is covered. All blades are overlapping each other which doesn’t allow to leave the material unground. The mixing assembly runs on a gear motor, specially designed by an oil-filled heavy-duty gearbox. It is powered by an electric motor consist a starter or control panel. The type of gear box and electric motor varies according to the model of Pan Mixer.
PMIX Refractory Planetary Mixer
Planetary Mixer has a planetary motion, there are two rotations: the blades rotate around their axis and around the axis of the pan which ensures complete and effective mixing. Due to planetary mixing action, lesser mixing time is required more homogeneous mixture is obtained due to compulsory mixing action and highly efficient in terms of power consumption.
